One-on-one Sessions: Physiotherapy-Pilates, or Clinical Pilates is an excellent combination of two practices that can help individuals with a range of conditions. Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture. Physiotherapy, on the other hand, is a treatment that aims to restore physical function and mobility through exercises, stretches, and hands-on techniques.
When combined, physiotherapy-pilates can help individuals with injuries, chronic pain, or mobility issues to improve their overall physical health and wellbeing. Pilates exercises are low-impact and can be tailored to suit individual needs and abilities, from beginner to athlete level. Movements can be modified to accommodate any physical limitations or injuries, while working towards rehabilitation and recovery under the guidance of the physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor.

Osteopathy views the body as an integrated system, where every part works in harmony. During assessment and treatment, all moving parts are considered, recognizing that optimal alignment and mobility are essential for the body to function and heal as intended. When the body moves well, it can better self-regulate and recover from dysfunction.
Osteopathic Manual Practitioners are experts in functional anatomy. They use manual techniques to restore healthy movement by aligning the body’s structural components in order to improve nerve signaling and enhance circulation by addressing areas of restriction. Their goal is to support the body’s natural healing processes by improving its mechanics. This hands-on science uses structural manipulation to trigger beneficial physiological responses.
Osteopathy is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or examination and does not treat medical conditions.
